Julien Cooke lives in a very small apartment but as he's single it's not a problem. The room he uses the most is the kitchen anyway.
In an attempt to impress the first person he came to know in Simona Lakes, he even made a berry pie in advance to said person's visit.
And who was the lucky one? Mrs. Ottomas! Julien himself wasn't hungry but look how he dressed up for her visit. He doesn't have any romantic interest for Samantha but somehow he came across as trying VERY hard to make an impression on her.
She was completely unfazed though. They barely made it to friend status though Julien gave everything. Sad guy. Probably he should just go out and find himself a date. ;)
